THE PROBLEM TO SOLVE:
When redesigning the sales team's leadership training program materials, my goal was evolving the antiquated, text-heavy guides into a more inspirational, creative resource. I led efforts to refresh the books’ institutional approach with more engaging designs and content that energized managers.
